Little Owls Day Nursery & Pre-School

I cannot praise this nursery enough! My daughter has recently transfered to Little Owls after 2 years at another nursery. I was drawn to the other nursery because of their 'outstanding' ofsted reports! What I have since realised is that SOMETIMES these ofted reports don't listen to children's happiness, and the dedication, passion and love that smaller indepedant nurseries offer our children. I was happy moving my daughter to Little Owls wrongfully thinking her educational needs may be sacrificed for simply a happy place for her to just be a secure toddler to play and make friends. In fact, what I have quickly experienced, is that my daughter now comes home telling me everything that has been happening during her day, she sings the songs tells me about her actives and her friends. Little Owls keep me updated daily, with the educational themes of their week, Inc the books they read, their activities, and send links to learning materials they are using. Amazing staff members with a fantastic setting! My little boy has been with this nursery for 2 years now and I wouldn't consider anyone else! My little boy is always excited to go to nursery and see his friends as well as spending time with the staff- which to me confirms that you are brilliant! Highly recommended!

My 3 year old boy loves Little Owls. I chose it because my 5 year went there and she loved it too. They both settled really well and got to love it really quickly. It was the first time my 3 year old had been away from me really and I was worried but knew the staff and knew they would make him welcome. Within about 3 weeks he was starting to settle really well and even talked about it in the morning before we went each day! Now he even asks to go on his days off! Can’t prasie the staff highly enough and they all seem to know him and his little ways really well! I feel really happy leaving him there each time ;-)
